IRONMAN 70.3 Virginia

Williamsburg will be the site of IRONMAN 70.3 Virginia. Home to famous Colonial Williamsburg, the historic Jamestown Island and Yorktown Battlefield, the Living-History Museum where actors in period costume depict daily Colonial life and Busch Gardens Williamsburg, which has over 350 acres of roller coasters, water parks, makes the area a perfect tourist destination. Beginning with a point-to-point swim taking place in the Chickahominy River, a bike course that navigates the rolling rural roads of scenic James City and Charles City counties and a run course that takes place on the newly completed Virginia Capital Trail, this race offers a unique tour of the historic area with challenging terrain and breathtaking scenery. 

The 2019 IRONMAN 70.3 Virginia will offer 30 qualifying slots to the 2019 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France.
